WLS investigative journalist Chuck Goudie left the Chicago-owned ABC station after more than 40 years.
Goudie began working at the station in 1980 as a general assignment reporter.
“Chuck Goudie has been a valued member of our ABC7 team for many years and we thank him for his groundbreaking contributions,” the spokesperson said. Jayme Nicolas told Axios. “We wish him the best in his next chapter.”
He was promoted to chief investigative reporter in the 1990s. Most recently, he led the ITeam at ABC7.
