Ticker: ABC News has new office space for 2025
Top of ticker: ABC News says goodbye to its longtime home on New York’s Upper West Side. The network moves south to 7 Hudson Square, site of the recently opened Robert A. Iger building, named after the CEO of Disney. The Mouse House is consolidating its New York operations into the new complex, including news, editorial, live production, streaming, technology, advertising, corporate and business support functions. While ABC News employees will continue to set up shop through summer 2025, one of its daytime shows, The View, has already begun production at the facility.

International recognition: Wednesday evening, Fox News’ Jennifer Griffin received the 2024 Foreign Press Correspondents Association Professional Excellence Award at the annual Foreign Press Awards dinner in Washington, D.C. Griffin was recognized for her reporting on Abdoul Wasi Safian Afghan commando who fought against the Taliban and was arrested after crossing the Rio Grande. His award was highlighted in Thursday’s edition of Special Report with Bret Baier.
Fox News has another achievement to celebrate. Co-host of Fox & Friends Emilie CompanionUnder His Wings’ new book topped the New York Times bestseller list in the Advice, How-to and Miscellaneous category. The book explores the stories of service members who found their faith during times of war.
From Cuba to Kentucky: CNN correspondent Isabelle Rosales was the subject of a profile in the latest issue of millennial-focused LatinX digital publication Fierce. The Cuban-born journalist shares her origin story in the industry and also talks about the importance of Latino and female representation.
