Stagwell Agency Forsman & Bodenfors names Justine Armor as a world CCO

The creative agency based on Swedish Forsman & Bodenfors (F&B) has appointed Justine Armor as its global creation director (CCO).

Armor joins F&B from the Independent New York Fig agency, where it has been a partner and CCO since July 2023. Before that, Armor was CCO at Gray New York, leading winning throws for accounts like Las Vegas Tourism, Modelo and IHG. She also held positions of creative director at 72andsunny and Wieden + Kennedy Portland.

“Creativity at Forsman & Bodenfors has always been on how we approach the task and results rather than the results,” said James Denton-Clark, World CEO of F&B (CEO), in a press release. “Justine obtains that creativity is the process by which we can obtain these exceptional results.”

F&B is known for campaigns like Volvo Trucks’ “Epic split”, Oatly’s “Wow no cow” AD of the Super Bowl, and visit Sweden “Visit Sweden (not Switzerland).”


The Swedish oats' milk brand was continued on the jingle in its country of origin.

As CCO, Armor is looking forward to expanding and strengthening the world’s creative F&B offers in its nine offices. It will initially be based in New York, will move to London later in the year.

“The F&B culture is designed to support and produce creativity that is distinguished and changed well, and I can’t wait to help bring this magic to a wider range of creative talents and customers around the world,” said Armor in Adweek.

“The uprooting my life at the end of the 1940s was not on the bingo map, but it looks like an ideal moment to write a new chapter for my story,” she added.
