Meet Magento Poland 2024 is fast approaching and will bring together Magento experts from around the world. This year’s conference is centered around a crucial theme: performance, with the motto “Need for Speed—Edition on Magento Performance”. This will be the perfect opportunity to connect and discuss how we can move our e-commerce projects forward at full speed, without limits!
Stjepan Udovičić, Tihomir Vranješ, Josip Ouzecky and Tomislav Bilic will represent us at the event and will be more than happy to communicate with community members and network with other agencies who will be attending the conference.
Our CEO, Tomislav Bilić, will also be contribute to an interesting round table explore the delicate balance between optimizing e-commerce platforms and reducing their carbon footprint. As we measured this exact measurement during one of our previous projects, Tomislav will be happy to present some of our findings. I asked him to share his thoughts with us before the conference.
Tomislav: I am happy to announce that I will be a speaker at Meet Magento Poland. This will be my fourth time participating in this event – after two previous ones in Warsaw and one in Krakow. The fourth time is a charm! This year, I will join a panel moderated by Łukasz Bajsarowicz on sustainable trade: should we choose between environment and performance?
We will explore the challenge of balancing environmental responsibility, including carbon footprint in web development, with the demand for high-performing e-commerce solutions. I will be joined by Mateusz Krzeszowiak and Kamil Porembiński, who will share their own perspectives on the subject. I look forward to connecting with everyone in Poznań and engaging in a conversation that is not only topical but essential for the future of our industry. I hope to see you there!
Although this is Tomislav’s fourth time participating in this event in Poland, our head of the back-end development team, Tihomir Vranješ, will be visiting him first Meet Magento conference. I took this opportunity to talk to him and ask him questions about his expectations for the event and what he is most excited about.
Tihomir: As a backend developer, it’s in my nature to think, talk, and get hands-on with performance improvements. So I’m excited and looking forward to hearing the experiences of people facing the same issues. Additionally, as an early adopter of Mage-OS and a member of the Mage-OS community, I’m happy to finally meet in person the team I spoke with on screen this year at the weekly technical meetings on Discord. This is a great opportunity for all of us to share our experiences and have a great time!
