NBC Philadelphia Reporter moves to community journalism from CBS News and Stations
CBS News and Stations announced two new journalists from community journalism.
We are delighted to share this Lana ZAK and Karen Hua join CBS News and Stations“National movement of community journalism.
Lana will be a national correspondent based in Iowa City, Iowa, and Karen will be a journalist based in Houston, Texas.
Lana and Karen join our cohort of existing journalists positioned in a unique way in hubs across the country to find stories of national importance, helping us achieve our goal of being the main local press organization in Global.
Zak is an anchor and a national correspondent at CBS since 2020. Hua has worked for the last time at NBC Philadelphia.
CBS News and Stations announced its first round Journalists supporting community journalism in September.
