New Year’s festivities are usually the highlight of the holiday season, and after a hectic 2024, major news networks have big plans to usher in 2025.
Here’s your guide to all the New Year’s programming on December 31 and January 1. (All times Eastern)

ABC will broadcast Dick ClarkNew Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest from Times Square starting at 8 p.m. ET. January 1, Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts hosts The Year: 2024 at 9 p.m. The two-hour special will revisit the most memorable moments of the previous year, from historic current events to social trends.

Once again, Anderson Cooper And Andy Cohen lead some assuredly raucous coverage of the New Year from Times Square starting at 8 p.m. But CNN’s New Year’s Eve coverage will actually begin at 7 a.m. with live reporting from various international cities as the clock strikes midnight in their respective time zones. The network celebration will end with Sarah Sidner, Harry EntenAnd Champion Curry takes over at 12:30 a.m. from Auditorium Shores in Austin, Texas.

Fox News’ primetime coverage begins at 8 p.m. on December 31 with Who Can Forget 2024, which features special guests from the network discussing memorable moments of the year. This leads into A New Year with Kat and Tyrus at 9 p.m. with Fox News contributors Tyrus And Kat Timpf looking back on the year that has passed. Jimmy FaillaThe All-American New Year’s Bash guides viewers into the new year starting at 11 p.m. Failla will be joined by an array of special guests during the countdown to 2025.

Outgoing host today Hoda Kotb and her weekday 10:00 a.m. co-host Jenna Bush Hager will host the two-hour special A Toast to 2024! December 31 at 9 p.m. The special features a star-studded lineup that will help the hosts reflect on the year.

Telemundo is closing out 2024 by broadcasting its first New Year’s Eve special from not one, but two iconic New York locations: Times Square and the Empire State Building. Coverage of Bienvenido 2025 begins at 8 p.m. with Lourdes Stéphane And Danilo Carrerawith Chiky Bombom in Times Square, and Jessica Carrillo And Gabriel Coronel of the Empire State Building. Additionally, Telemundo will broadcast live New Year’s Eve broadcasts from Mexico City, Miami and Puerto Rico, featuring a great lineup of Latin music stars.
