Booking.com reserves a spot for Super Bowl 59
Booking.com is becoming a regular fixture at the Super Bowl, as the brand confirmed it will return to the game for the fourth consecutive year in February.
The hotel booking site will run an ad during the fourth quarter of Fox’s broadcast of Super Bowl 59.
Last year’s Booking.com spot is still a work in progress. It includes several actors playing Tina Feyincluding Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Glenn Close and Fey herself. As a dead ringer for Fey, the stars are meant to represent the millions of hotels, vacation rentals and destinations available on the Booking.com platform.
Last year’s ad was created with creative partner Zulu Alpha Kilo. The media was placed by Mindshare.
Booking.com has not named a creative partner for this year’s spot and has not shared details about the creative.
Time will tell if Booking.com continues to rely heavily on celebrities again this year. In addition to last year’s star-studded Fey spots, Booking.com’s previous Super Bowl ads featured celebrities including Melissa McCarthy and Idris Elba.
