2. Content Creation
AI can help you create your customer training in two main ways:
Build a lesson plan
Create your course like a professional instructional designer, even if you’re not one. AI can create a lesson plan based on instructional design principles (like the ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, experiential learning, etc.) to improve learning. It goes without saying that effective learning is essential to achieve course objectives, such as improving the use of features.
The best part is that you can experiment with different theories of identity to see what your course would look like with each of them, then you can select the one you like the most, either as is or some elements of it.
Design high-quality learning activities
…at lightning speed! Speed is key in customer education because the faster your customers learn, the faster they will adopt a product. Otherwise, they might abandon the product or leave a negative review. So, every time you release a new feature or a new version of a product, you want to release that content very quickly – and you’re doing it now!
Flashcards, slides, quizzes, exams, images, stories and case studies Here are some activities you can create with AI. Provide the AI with as many details and requirements as possible to achieve the desired result faster.
When it comes to content creation, AI can address one of our biggest “fears”: being boring! AI can “get off the beaten track” for you and create engaging content using creative thinking techniques, humor, role-playing or critical thinking. For example, you can ask him to explain what market segmentation is with a cooking analogy.
3. Optimization and reuse of content
Often, you may have existing course content or other resources that you can reuse. In such cases, AI can allow you to polish your content to perfection or transform it! Let’s take a look at how AI can optimize your content:
Content editing: Simplify, refine, rewrite, rephrase, shorten, expand, enrich, continue writing, or remove redundancies.
Content Optimization: Summarize, extract the main takeaways, list of advantages/disadvantages, translation, conversion to another format/activity.

Generating the (right) questions to ensure your customers actually absorb the content takes time, unless it’s done with AI.
AI can help you create quizzes and exams (knowledge checks) for your certification programs and self-assessments (quiz without scores) to help customers assess their level of knowledge.
For example, you can ask the AI to create a quiz based on a resource of your choice, such as an e-book, and set specific requirements, such as 10 questions with 4 possible answers each. If you want, the AI can even automatically generate comments for you!
5. Marketing materials
Marketing materials are a powerful tool for Nurture prospects, stay in touch with customersand of course, promote your program. The thing is, you might not be a gifted wordsmith or don’t have the time to create everything from scratch, which is why you might need AI help .
Emails are a typical example and a very effective type of marketing medium. Set parameters like email objective, keywords, and tone of voice to create emails that sound like you…but better!
6. Data analysis
AI can analyze performance scores, engagement rates, and more to help you understand what customers are like. interact with your program and identify areas for improvement. You can do it manually or with AI – quickly and precisely!
The AI can display the results however you want (for example, a pie chart) and it can even propose recommendations to improve your course.
