Here is a brief summary for this week
We’ll be off the rest of the week, so until then, enjoy your time, whether you have to work on vacation or not.
I don’t know if the stations still feed their employees, but my holiday memories always include the late KNTV anchor Doug Moore carving the turkey like the father of the station for all of us staffers who had to work the turkey day.
We didn’t need to say what we were grateful for then, but if we had to now, I would say I am grateful to you, our readers!
I will come back next week.
In the meantime, here are some anecdotes to help you out:

Baez worked for WRAL as a reporter in Fayetteville from 1989 to 1996, then for 17 years at ABC11 WTVD before returning to WRAL in 2014. He also covered weather for both stations. Here’s more. Meteorologist Steve Glacier joined NBC Connecticut in Hartford. Here is his post on social networks. Marc Neerman was named news director at ABC affiliate KOMO/KUNS in Seattle. Phil Bruce will retire at the end of the year. It will be a return to Sinclair for Neerman. He served as news director at his Las Vegas stations from 2014 to 2018.
